We offer two multi-level Pilates classes each day.
The classes will challenge and inspire your alignment and strength. Our work together will emphasize the Pilates principals. Centering, Concentration, Control , Precision, Breath and Flow.

Seeing these views from the outlooks or the towns is nothing in comparison with walking along the roads less traveled. The history, scents, vistas and beauty will astound you.

The retreat is hosted in the heart of Umbria, close to the walled ancient hill town of Montone. It boasts friendly family owned restaurants and shops.
You will reside in the Villa with a beautiful oudoor area, a pool and an outstanding view over the valley. Montone is a short drive away from Assisi, Gubbio, Cortona and Perugia.

Italian cuisine is known around the world for a good reason! It is famous for its local fresh produce and meats, for its simplicity and seasonal foods. Your retreat will be all inclusive, including local wines of Umbria. Additionally we offer cooking classes in the villa by our private chef.
